Local Rules
1. Play shall be governed by the “Special Rules for Australian Sand Greens Golf Courses".
2. All ground beyond the Club's boundary fences, car park and the defined area around (and over) the Clubhouse is Out of Bounds (OOB).
3. The Clubhouse is not to be played over or through the inside of the OOB markers. The ball MUST be replayed with stroke and distance penalty.
4. Embedded stones, bare patches, concrete, gardens, earthworks and tree roots to be treated as G.U.R.
5. Rake Holder to be treated as immovable obstruction.
6. There is a free drop from all paths and driveways, at nearest point of relief, no nearer the hole.
7. Preferred lies thru the green (not in Hazards)
8. If a staked tree interferes with a player's stance or the area of his/her intended swing, the player MUST take relief or general penalty applies.
9. White pegs - Out of Bounds.
Blue pegs – G.U.R.
Red pegs – Penalty Area.
10. When a player’s ball has not been found or is virtually certain to be OOB, the player may proceed under Stroke and Distance Model Local Rule E-5 for a penalty of two strokes, taking a drop at the fairway edge no closer to the hole. This Local Rule does not apply if a provisional ball has been played.
